End User License Agreement for Digital Downloads
Thank you for purchasing one or more Small and Nice digital files (the “Product” or “Products”). These Products have been made available to you subject to your compliance with the Terms and Conditions set forth below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, or by purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Digital Products
All of our products are digital files only. No physical items will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase on one of our storefront platforms, you will receive a link to download the file(s) you purchased. Please ensure you have the appropriate software or hardware to open and use our digital files (e.g., PDF viewer, printer).
3. Personal Use Only
All Products are for personal use only, unless otherwise specified. Small and Nice (the “Licensor”) grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to the you (the “Licensee”) to print the Products strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
• No digital resale or sharing: You may not sell, rent, sub-license, host, share, or distribute the digital files or modified versions of the files.
• No remix distribution: You may modify the files for personal utility, but you may not distribute or sell those digital modifications.
4. Commercial Printing License
Active, paying subscribers of a commercial printing license are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to sell physical 3D prints on a small scale of purchased Products created by the Licensor.
Mass production or large-scale distribution, including but not limited to injection molding or any other mass-manufacturing method, is not permitted under this agreement.
You must give appropriate credit to the Licensor when listing or advertising these prints, including on social media or e-commerce platforms.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including artwork, designs, product descriptions, and images, along with the Products sold through our digital storefronts, are the intellectual property of Anna Moorhouse (owner, operator and designer) and the Licensor. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. We reserve all rights not granted in these Terms of Use.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. If you experience issues with your download or receive a corrupted file, please reach out — we’re happy to help!
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure our Products are high quality and error-free. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, including, but not limited to, system failures, data loss, or printing issues.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website or purchases after changes have been made will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.
